Can I delete links from a host I just deleted?

I have just deleted the host send.cm and I want themanager to delete all the links corresponding to this host.

use "Extract and replace links" feature: http://manager.themasoftware.com/faq.php?expand=faq303

There is an option at the top "Remove all links" and also option to search in "All websites".

* Since you delete the host from the program as I understood -> add the host back in "HOSTS" tab, disable other hosts which you have there, leave only send.cm enabled (then only that host will be extracted from posts to remove). All other hosts should be red (disabled) so that won't be extracted, enable them later after done.

* In "POSTS" -> select any site -> select posts -> press "Extract links" button -> send.cm links will be extracted, at the top choose to search in all websites and enable "Remove all links" -> press "Replace links" button.

All links will be removed (from all websites if you chose to search in all websites).

Thank you, it works perfectly.

Freddy this works well, but there is one problem, tags in some cases remain in the message and are not removed along with the links.

Will improve for next update to clean-up that automatically.

For now you can clean-up those with "Replace text" feature and regex search: http://manager.themasoftware.com/faq.php?expand=faq402

In replace text window at the top you can choose to search in all websites and all posts.

Search text (enter on the left, enable regex option):


On the right - leave empty.

On a warning press "Search in other posts anyway".

Edit: Improved for next update to do that automatically (4.08).

Made it easier if need to remove all host links for next update.

* Added new button in "HOSTS" -> "Remove all host links from all posts". In case host becomes dead / offline and need to remove all host links.
