Another suggestion that maybe isn't that time consuming.
Can you possibly add additional option just like you did with match domain for matching not full filename.
That option would be good for reuploading images like screenshots, posters etc... many imagehosts have some cap (like 50 characters in the filename) when uploading images... example:
has full name

It would be useful for me personally and maybe others...
but again I thought maybe it's easy to add that option so I'm leaving that suggestion here
