Please add replacements function in themamanager like themaposter have for each forum. It's really important because different forum uses different font sizes, additional bbcode and etc.
For example:
1. I find my post I want to edit and paste new text.
2. Click on edit button.
3. Program checks replacements according to forum.
4. Makes changes If there are any and only then sends edited text to forum.

Ability to view all posts not just from one selected forum. This way I could use replace selected posts message function to replace multiple posts with the same text in all forums.
For example I want to find all Cool message posts:
1. I go to posts tab
2. Select show posts from all forums
3. Use filtering to find all Cool message posts
4. I select all founded posts and paste new text .
5. Hit replace selected posts message button

For first:

Why would you want to change formatting in the first place?

For second:

Use "Replace text" feature (as described in FAQ). You can already do this with that (it has options to search in all forums or just selected single forum, just choose search in all forums).

It would take ages to load all posts from all forums and it's really not needed because you can already do this with "Replace text" feature.

Replace text function becomes useless if I use different font sizes in posts as per required in forums, or maybe text was edited by forum link checkers. U know all those small changes and search cant find text anymore. Even with regex its impossible to predict all of that

To save time. If I use same text on all other posts then I have no other choice but to make small changes manually each time forum uses different font size, bbcode etc or even delete banned filehost. Themaposter fixed that with replacements function.




Let try a different approach. Instead of showing all post maybe make search function to be able to search in all forums?

When replacing links - only links are effected (nothing else is changed).

You should deal with formatting when first posting (with themaPoster) and themaPoster already have those features.

So the question is the same, why would you do this from themaManager? To replace links you don't need to change formatting.

Yes I agree themaposter have those features. But u cant edit posts after u created them. Only reply. Thats why I bought themamanager. To not just edit dead links, but also re-edit whole posts if needed. Especially if u create mega threads.

Might add replacements in the future.

"Replace text" feature already searches in all forums.

You should know where the post is.

It should be in all forums, just select one forum and you can already find it.

That's one thing I definitely see as a weakness of the replacements system as it is now. I also would want to replace some text or links only for some selectable sites, not only "one or all". In fact this suggestion is really connected with this one of mine. (see especially last post).

I am really glad you are adding replacements für 1.18. When do you plan to release an alpha or beta? I am in a situation right now where it could save me LOADS of time and want to decide if I wait for alpha or continue to do my edits "the hard way".

Are you planning to add some managing features as copying replacements between sites (as already in TP) importing replacements from TP and changing order (not yet in TM and TP)?

Would also save a lot of manual work.

Before you think about reordering maybe it would be a good idea to have the same replacements manager as in ThemaLeecher also in TM and TP.

I love the replacements pool and how you can assign single or groups of them to websites. This alone would be a nice improvement and most of it certainly is "already finished" since it already works like a charm in TL.
