I see that if one some boards search engine doesn't work or it shows only part of our posts TM doesn't fetch any or just a few posts.
Right now we can add from which specific topics TM will fetch posts but...
if You could make something as 'list of topics' to those boards where we have to add topic IDs?
This way we won't have to add topic IDs every time we want to fetch post from them.

Don't really see why you would need this.

Topic fetching was added only because some types limit search results and some older posts might not be fetched.

However all new latest posts are fetched fine (if it's not, that's a bug and should be reported in "Website's problems" forum and I will fix it for next update).

Saving topic ID's should not be needed, you only need to fetch it once if needed and all new posts are already fetched automatically for user.

You cant fix for example intporn.com coz their search engine redirect to intporn.org search.
At this board I have to add topic IDs every time I want TM to fetch latest posts =/

Similar things happen at few more boards. That's why some kind of lists of threads for fetching would be useful. This way we would not have to type their IDs every time

That's their bug. It should be reported to that forum admins. They should fix it.
