After one of last updates I have an issue:
Dead links which have been already replaced are still not updated in Posts tab.
Here is some example:
1. Proof that links have been replaced (checked also on website and I'm sure replacement went ok)

2. And here you can see that link is not updated in TM:

That makes TM to still trying to replace the same link over and over again. Any ideas needed asap.
