Do this: "Help" menu (at the top) -> "Support" -> "Compress" -> send me the file which it opens (via PM). Will review your settings. |

Tested. Works fine for me. You can try to remove the user and add it again to re-fetch the posts. For manual fetching -> you might be entering wrong topic ID (might be using post ID, which is wrong). PM me topic IDs or URLs which you used. |
