It's related to IP.

They might not know these issues since it seems it's related to their Firewall. I'm not posting there at all and it blocked all my IP addresses (I tried 3 different).

It's literally not possible to login even via browser.

This problem should be reported to them. They would probably fix it.

Problem:

Since couple of weeks TM is not able to fetch new post in automatic way. Each time there is an Read time error.



However when I try to fetch manually using Websites -> Topic fetch and provide link to a topic

I also tried to remove user and add it again. After adding a user initial fetching was done correctly (visible at the screen above) but still automating fetching fails.

I'm not using any proxy and made no configuration changes before the issue starts. One day it was fine and another it stopped.

What is the issue?

the issue is in their servers. They are slower at the moment. As soon as they will solve that it will be fine.

You can also increase the "Timeout" option in "Settings" -> "General".

That might help a bit, but if their response is really slow might still see some errors (until they fix it at their side).

ok, I have maxed timeout to 15 seconds long time ago, so I can only wait for their move
