yes, but you will need to load new links in chronological order (there is no filename in links, so not possible to match by filename).

Can you explain how in chronological order can Themamanager knows what's the correct link to replace?

They would be literally loaded in chronological order.

You will need to make sure that order in your .txt file is correct.

I guess try to re-upload each file in order which you see them in themaManager dead links table.
