How can I delete the red mark (The dead links sign) ? I can delete the green sign, but the red one stays.
Because I can't tell the difference if the link is wrong again.
If you could clear the red mark, then I would know if it's red again, it's wrong. Or if it's wrong again, will the green mark disappear from the edited post?

And another thing, I have a couple of false dead links, probably because I entered the wrong dead keywords.

How can I delete them?

make sure you're using the latest version (4.00 at the moment).

* The red mark (for dead links) - resets on each periodic links checking automatically, no need to clear manually and that would cause more mistakes really. You can see how much time for it to reset in "STATUS" -> "LINKS" -> at the bottom.

It will reset while checking posts for dead links (not at the same time for all posts).

Make sure to delete links which are already dealt with from "STATUS" -> "LINKS" table (if the link is in that table the post will always be marked red having dead links).

* The green mark (for edited posts) - it never resets automatically, if really needed you can reset it manually by selecting needed posts -> right click -> "Clear edited status".

* To delete wrong dead links in "STATUS" -> "LINKS" -> use the search / filter field at the top and filter them by that incorrect "dead keyword" -> after that just select and press "Delete" button.

If the "dead keyword" is incorrect it should be removed from the host in "HOSTS" tab, otherwise they will be reported again as dead.
